Breakfast: 2 eggs, turkey bacon, bread, pineapple, 1/2 grapefruit
snack: cheese, almond, 1/2 apple
lunch : scallop stirfry with zuccini, squash, broccoli, cashews
snack : bread w/ PB, short protien
dinner : steak, crawfish pasta, 2 pieces of cake. most likely overdid the carbs but tried to portion control to avoid complete carb overload
WOD 20 min AMRAP 400 m run, max pull-ups.....72 pull-ups in 6 rounds
Rough afternoon because we were at matt and jenn's and didn't bring our own food but i think we did ok considering. I didn't drink beer to help offset the cake (which was delicious!)

I totally did not do crossfit 5 times this week. The WOD on Friday (150 wall balls) kicked my but so I wussed out on Saturday morning.
ReplyDeleteDiet went well last week with the exception of one lunch and one afternoon snack/dinner. I feel good most of the time, usually sore from crossfit. I've been sleeping hard at night but once i roll out of bed i seem to wake up quickly. Julie was grumpy for a few days last week but has been much better lately.
